1. Introduction

Welcome to Find.at (“Find@,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), part of XZ Global (“XZG”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of find.at and related services, including:

  • Link-in-bio pages

  • Short URLs

  • QR code generation and resolution

  • Analytics dashboards

  • Optional social publishing tools (Meta/Instagram, X, LinkedIn)

By using Find@, you agree to these Terms as well as the XZ Global Terms & Conditions:

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Account Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older and capable of entering legally binding agreements.

  • Accounts must be registered with accurate, current information. False information or impersonation is prohibited.

  • Automated registrations (bots, scripts) are not allowed.

3. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to use Find@ for:

  • Phishing, spam, scams, or fraudulent activity.

  • Redirecting to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.

  • Malware distribution or attempts to exploit users.

  • Excessive automated requests or abusive link generation.

Find@ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use.

4. User Responsibility for Links

  • You are solely responsible for all links, QR codes, and content you create or share through Find@.
  • XZ Global does not monitor or guarantee the safety, legality, or accuracy of destinations.
  • If your link causes harm, legal responsibility rests with you.
  • Where Find@ permits you to integrate third-party tracking technologies — including but not limited to advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) — on your links or bio pages, you are solely responsible for ensuring such tracking complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, and CCPA. This includes obtaining any required consents from your end-users before such tracking is activated. Find@ does not validate, audit, or assume liability for third-party tracking code you deploy.
  • Where your bio page is accessible to visitors, you are responsible for informing those visitors of any tracking technologies active on your page and for maintaining any consent mechanisms required under applicable law. Visitors to your bio page are independent data subjects whose rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws must be respected. Find@ bears no liability for your failure to meet these obligations.

5. Abuse Prevention

Find.at may, at its discretion:

  • Block, disable, or blacklist suspicious links.

  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse.

  • Impose usage limits (e.g., link quotas, request caps) to ensure platform stability.

  • We may require certain users to submit identity or business verification documents in order to obtain or maintain a verified account. Verified accounts will receive a “trusted” badge and may benefit from streamlined features (e.g., auto-link approval). By submitting verification documents, you represent that all information is true, accurate, and legally valid. We reserve the right to approve or deny verification at our sole discretion. Providing false, forged, or misleading verification documents may result in account suspension or termination, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Find@ is offered on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly).

  • Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Cancelation stops future billing but does not entitle you to prorated refunds.

7. Custom Domains

  • If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for DNS setup and ensuring the domain complies with applicable laws.

  • XZ Global is not responsible for errors, downtime, or legal issues related to custom domains.

8. Analytics Data

  • Find@ provides analytics (clicks, referrers, geo, device data) via its own self-hosted analytics system (XZGA, powered by Matomo). This data is not shared with Google, Meta, TikTok, or any advertising platform.
  • When visitors access your Find@ bio page, basic interaction data is collected by Find@'s self-hosted analytics system on your behalf to provide performance insights.
  • Analytics are approximate and not guaranteed.
  • Data may be anonymized and aggregated for platform improvement.
  • Third-party tracking pixels or scripts activated by account holders on their links or bio pages operate independently of Find@'s analytics system. Find@ is not responsible for data collected by user-deployed tracking technologies.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Find@ services are provided "as-is" and "as-available."
  • XZ Global is not liable for damages, lost traffic, or third-party failures.
  • Analytics, redirects, and QR resolutions are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • XZ Global is not liable for any data collection, privacy violations, or regulatory penalties arising from third-party tracking pixels or scripts deployed by account holders on their links or bio pages. Account holders are the data controllers for any personal data collected through technologies they activate and bear sole legal responsibility for compliance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Disputes will first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, they will be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings under XZ Global’s Dispute Resolution Policy.

11. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable.

  • These Terms do not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

  • Translated versions of these Terms are for convenience only. The English version controls.
