2. Data We Collect

In addition to the data categories set out in the XZ Global Privacy Policy, Find@ may collect:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, password, payment details (via Stripe/PayPal).
  • Link & Analytics Data: Short URLs, QR codes, link destinations, click counts, referrers, device type, geographic region, and engagement data.
  • Bio Page Data: User-submitted content such as text, logos, images, and customization settings for your Find@ page.
  • Bio Page Visitor Data: When a visitor accesses a Find@ bio page, basic interaction data (clicks, referrer, device type, geographic region) is collected by Find@'s own self-hosted analytics system (XZGA, powered by Matomo). This data is processed on behalf of the Find@ account holder to provide performance insights. It is not transmitted to Google, Meta, or any advertising platform. Bio page visitors are a distinct data subject category from registered Find@ users. Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest in providing account holders with performance analytics and in detecting platform abuse.
  • Social Publishing Data: Captions, images, and hashtags you create or upload for posting to third-party platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn).
  • Verification Data: To provide trusted status and fraud prevention, we may collect and process identity verification documents (e.g., government-issued ID, business registration documents, or equivalent proofs). These documents are used solely for verification purposes, securely stored, and not shared with third parties except as required by law. Once verification is complete, documents may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention policy.
